NON IM niche marketers - want to do a giveaway?

It seems that there are lots and lots of IM niche giveaways to build lists.

I have several non IM niches: weddings, dogs, cooking, gardening, and party ideas for kids. I have reports I've written that go with each niche. I have a decent list built up for weddings.

What do you think of the idea of having a non IM giveaway?

Do you think it would work?

I've already done some cross promotion within my own lists. For example: Mother's Day is coming up in the US. I'll send out a couple of suggestions and a link to my cooking site for Mother's Day recipes to my wedding list.

Would anyone want to join in? I'll host the giveaway site.

    A great idea but, excuse me for being dumb, how would you find your market to promote it to?

    Your existing list?

    Obviously the logistics of getting such a give away in front of non marketers are a little different so how would you go about it?

      I think Dee was meaning a giveaway aimed at marketers, but only using products in non I.M. niches?...

      Is that right Dee?..If so.. I'd love you to keep the forum updated on this...
