Web Development Partner Wanted - (American) - (Huge Opportunities)

Hello,

I own an Interactive Marketing and Digital Assets Management company here in Bowling Green, Kentucky. What we do is provide interactive marketing and web design and development services to other businesses. However, our Brand Management division is responsible for creating Digital Assets (or web sites) that are responsible for making high revenue for the company.

I am looking for a Web Development PARTNER to help me take these "Digital Assets" (or websites) to the next level. I have some ideas of some websites/applications that have the potential to make thousands of dollars reoccurring EVERY MONTH, and I am looking for a development partner to come in and help me develop them. These numbers are NOT "Made up Numbers" to make the deal sound sweet, there are a couple sites (and only a couple) out there currently making that type of money, and using those numbers, I have actually been conservative.

I will require you to sign an NDA prior to speak with us, but once we speak then I will give you the details and you can see the numbers yourself.

Now, let me make a couple things clear here before you read too much:

• This is an offer for a PARTNERSHIP for these process, NOT an hourly or per project payment. We will sign a partnership agreement with you for the particular project where it clearly states that both YOU and I have a partnership in which you own X amount of EQUITY in the project and you are entitled to X amount of profit, as well was X amount of say in it.

• Also, you will ONLY be responsible for design and development of the application/website. Me and my company will handle ALL the Operations, Financing, Web Hosting, Customer Service, etc. You will NOT be responsible for ANY of that, however, if you would like to help with any of those, then we will be happy to discuss it for higher percentages of ownership/profits.

Now, there are a couple requirements I am looking for in the partner that I choose, and those are going to be listed below:

1. Must be Located in the United States - (For Legal Contract Purposes)
2. Must have knowledge in the following - (PHP, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery)
3. Must have Skype for communication
4. Must be hard working and willing to give this partnership, a bunch of effort to get these projects up and going.

Now, with all that being said let me give you a quick overview of one of these project numbers so you can see a bit in more detail what to be expecting.

Project #1 - This project has HUGE potential, there is currently only ONE of these sites on the internet and it currently has over 5,000 member, who are required to pay a monthly fee of AT LEAST $50 a month. Do those numbers and that is $250,000 PER MONTH in revenue. This site has A LOT of issues and complaints that have been noted, so let's say we create the same time of site, but provide better quality, and we only get 1/5 of those members (1,000) members and we only charge $15 per month instead of $50, then you are looking at $15,000 PER MONTH. This type of site won't be very hard to build at all, it is actually pretty simple for someone who is good at development, as I am NOT, I have worked on pieces of it before in the past.
