Sell my Membership Site biz and earn 10% comm. on selling price

I am looking for somebody serious who has a larger JV partner list or who has already
a good reputation at Flippa (I never before sold anything at Flippa = no reputation).
I want to sell my membership site which already runs for several years and made me
about $56k. At the moment it only makes about $940/month.
If you are interested in trying to sell it for more than $10k just PM me. I hear from several Flippers that for membership sites you can ask 24x of what you earn per month so a selling price of more than $10k should be realistic right?
The site will come with current members, a database of 340 canceled members for contacting them, a unique membership site script, custom created for me etc. More
