Does anyone here sell local seo to clients? Then you might want to hear this ...

Hey there,

If you are in the business of selling local seo to clients, then maybe we can strike a small partnership and make some decent $$ together.. 50/50...

I currently have a site ranked #1 for a highly lucrative term in the cosmetic surgery niche. Not only is it ranked number 1, but hovers on the top page of 1 for other related keywords that is also highly lucrative.

Here's a few details without giving too much away:

1) This kind of cosmetic surgery costs anywhere between $3000-$5000 per sale, and can potentially lead to other services in the future which will range $30k+

2) The seo local location is located in beverly hills.

3) We will use this site to redirect leads/traffic/sales to the interested cosmetic surgeon, and charge him/her a premium for leasing the space


Lastly I'm only looking for serious partners. I wont' be giving away details of my site until you give me some background of your local seo selling experience, etc, etc.

              Was planning myself to build such sites but then nationwide in my country and just monetize it with Adsense.

              Out of curiosity? Did you monetize the site with Adsense before and compared it to how much a client pays when they rent it? Huge difference?

                Yea, there's a much much bigger difference in pay...

                First, you have to understand the concept of Local SEO.

                Clients are looking for initial sales, life long customers, and positioning themselves as a high authority...

                We are charging $3000/mo from a site that only gets about 100-200 traffic, but the leads are so valuable for their niche, that even 1 extra client per month will create a lifetime value of $50,000+ in their own business...

                Vs Adsense... you might only make $50-$100 per month from that one keyword...

                Does that kind of make sense?

                  Oh that's a lot of money you're charging indeed.

                  I understand the value of the product of course, nose job $5000,-, facelift $5000,- or perhaps more who knows but wonder how easy it is to find people to rent it at that price, anyway interesting numbers!
