Absolutely. You have to be ready to put in at least a couple hours per day starting out. Once the system is in place, there's another trick to this that will make it completely passive income.

Seriously though what is to prevent this from becomming saturated very quickly?

Also, if they say lets see a blank you might have done for others or for other industries are they going to walk away when they see an under construction page?

Would this work for say home improvement, chriopractors and other fields?

I can certainly understand the concern about saturation. Let's put it this way: Out of 100 people who read this method, only a few will actually take action and even fewer will see it through.

Out of the ones who see it through, how many do you think will take action in the exact same city?

Lastly, out of the remaining in the same city, how many would end up focused on the same industry?

Saturation will not be a problem.

It's really all about instilling confidence. If you are confident enough in your delivery and really focus on what's in it for them, they won't be concerned about seeing a sample.

Hey Joselyn, You have a nice method here. I always like hearing about new offline methods and I wouldn't worry about the saturation. There are so many different sub-niches to apply this to, not to mention how many different cities that can be targeted.

Hello Vid Yo,

After repeatedly going through the entire method, I have to admit that "THIS IS GOOOOOD".
I have a couple of questions in my mind, which are :-

1) When developing the theme website, how can I collect all the materials (texts, Images,Icons etc.) other than the description of the six selected Dentists.

2) Suppose I have collected money from 4 Dentists but unfortunately unable to find the 5th and 6th. In that case, my website launching will be delayed. What should I do in that scenario ?

1) No need to complicate things. Find a theme where all of this is done for you (images, icon, etc) where the only thing you may have to change is some wording. There is a specific theme i share with my coaching students but there are some great creators right here on this forum. Or do a google search for a 'directory' theme.

2). Your website launching does not have to be delayed if you don't want it to be. Feel free to launch it with 4. Nothing is written in stone with this method so be creative and make it work for you.

Btw, if you have 4 dentists you've just made $1200 lightning fast!!

Hello Again VidYo,

I am on my way of making online income using your AMAZING method. Today, I am at the stage where I have to extract the "e-mails" of the "Dentists" of my selected "City". A came up using "Google And Yelp" with 25 Dentists. When trying to sneak into their e-mails, I am able to find just 4 personal email IDs. As for the remaining 21 Dentists, their names are enlisted in small groups in several websites. Those websites have their "Contact Us" forms but there is no way of contacting each of those 21 Dentists for conveying my message, which is THE KEY PART of your method.
It will be quite helpful if you show me some light so that I can finish what I started with great expectation.

After reading this I'm putting my resources into this as my primary focus. After an exhaustive search I've found very few with no google map results on the first page, but I'm okay with putting in the extra work for competitive targets. I've spent the last few days doing all the planning in research, my campaign starts today. I'll update after the campaign has launched.

Hello VidYo,

I have identified a financially poor city in US. After researching on google about "Dentists of that City", I have found No Ads, Google Maps on the first page. Then I have bought a domain, Hosted it in a Hosting site, installed wordpress, with a stunning "Under Construction" plugin.

Next I researched and found 25 Dentist's email address from that City. Today, I have sent each of them a nicely crafted email message, based on your "Template" Message.

Did I miss something ? If no, then It is waiting time to get the result of my work, isn't it ?

  It should be pretty easy getting that dentist onboard...then you can say to the next one "I have a dentist, perhaps your competitor, ALREADY signed up". It's easier to get the 2nd involved once they see that someone else took the leap.
  
  And don't forget, it doesn't have to be dentists. How about chiropractors, plumbers, carpenters, house-cleaners, dog walkers, fitness trainers, roofers, nannies, etc. etc.

I have followed all of your instructions from studying cities, finding google page with no ads, buying matching domain name, hosting, wordpress installation, downloading and installing U/C plugin, collecting emails of clients (25) and sending them email (campaign). After sending my first email to each client, I waited for 4 days, then sent reminders to all of them.

The PROBLEM is that after all of my effort, I got ZERO (0) reply in my mailbox. So, I think, my FIRST ATTEMPT IS A FAILURE, although YOUR IDEA IS GOOD . I may go for another attempt, but, what should I do with my domain, that I have just bought ?

How is this working for you now? If you are still having trouble recruiting, I'd suggest that its your domain name. What is the search term used to find dentist in your area i.e. www.puebloareadentist.com

I have found that by making your landing page look exclusive, with no email links, and stating "Companies can be featured here by invitation only" really drives the point home that what you're offering is exclusive, and tailored to them.

I am close (New Forest). Maybe NewForestDentists.co.uk is still free? No worries, I am not going to take it up! Was just thinking it gives you a huge area where people have to travel anyway as all the places are scattered (I mean, the density of dentists per sq.m. is considerably less than in Southampton); also, dentists are probably more willing to attract clients from neighouring areas? Feel free to borrow the idea, if you like it.

P.S. You could take advantage of laser targetting by MOWGing your pages; I wonder if people who look for a dentist, would google "Southampton dentist" or "Holbury dentist" or "dentist in Hythe"?

Hey guys! I'm so so sorry I haven't been able to really hop on this thread much...BUT I see others jumping in like funprojects, so that's awesome! I've picked up a couple of clients so i've been quite busy. I put this method out there because I'm doing something different, not necessarily to coach on, and because i know this will bring in some cash for you guys to use for bigger things.

Keep going, though...it does work with some creativity.

A few of you have asked about domains. You shouldn't have to do anything with your domains other that make $1800 with it. But we all have domains we're not doing anything with at the moment (I currently have around 12), here are 3 of MANY ideas:

1. Make it a directory using Directory Press. Add dentist contact info for all dentists in that city, then call them to sell them on upgrading their listing to premium status for a fee
2. Flip the domain on Flippa.
3. Hold on to the domain for some time then sell for an even bigger profit. Aged domains are much more valuable, everything being equal.

Looks nice! If you have those numbers (3 out of 6 available) as a scarcity tactic, i would change it to "1 slot available" or "limited slots available". But if you have 3 dentists onboard leave as is.

Why would you be genuinely interested in any method I'm associated with when you just sent me the most nasty email I have ever received in the numerous years I've been a warrior?
