How to target a single FB Page to advertise to?

OK, this is a rather stupid question considering my experience in this field but for some reason a specific Facebook Page with over 40,000 likes is not coming up in my interests field so I can't target it.

I heard there were ways to target pages via their FB ID but I have no idea how to do this, I remember I used to do this years ago but from what I recall FB removed this...

Any idea how I can do this now?

    you can use an email scraper. I use a Chrome extension called AnyAudience and it does a pretty good job for groups and friends list but facebook pages it lags too much if it has thousands of likes, so I'd recommend finding a better one if that's what you are looking for. Facebook doesn't let you use Facebook IDs anymore but emails are fine still.

    in order to find the people that like a specific page you have to go to the search field and type something like this:

    People who like "page name"
    people who like "page name" and live in "united states"

    you get the idea

    best of luck

    I'd love to hear ideas on how to use these lists better also because I am just starting to collect them and don't have experience using them yet

      I'm using SocialTargetingPro.com, you can scrape emails from a specific page and use it for your targeted marketing ads on fb or do email marketing outside of fb. you can also scrape with it interests of people who like a specific page, interest by keywords, by geo, uids... its supporting proxies and its a stand-alone application so there are no lags.
      very powerful app so its worth to check.

    target it in what way? If you know it's url can't you simply navigate to it and do what you need there in the browser? or are you looking to do something different..
