FB Lead Gen - short form or long?
Hi guys, I'm generating leads via FB Ads for plumbers and wondering if it's better to collect leads via short form (where customers don't need to leave FB even) i.e name and number OR long form where we collect more info from them and it takes longer for the customer to fill in our 'survey'.
I know people say long form is better quality as it shows a more serious customer (given it takes the customer longer to fill out the form) but it's more expensive, we'd probably be turning people away who rightly can't be bothered to fill out a long form (BUT are still interested people - after all they still clicked our ad and filled out something...) and I wonder if long form is really MUCH better?
Any thoughts please?
