How to get real youtube subscribers?

Hello, I'm here because I started a youtube channel with travel videos. For the beginning I don't promote anything, maybe in the future I'll find something to promote. I have 4 videos that get some views, let's say 40-70 views per day and my main problem are subscribers, I have only 20 subscribers. And I'm looking for ways to get real subscribers, maybe to purchase 100-200 subscribers for the beginning, but I want real subscribers, real people interested in travel videos, not people that are paid to subscribe to a youtube channel and after that they unsubscribe. I'm a software developer with good AI knowledge and I want to do youtube marketing in the spare time. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Don't purchase subscribers and be patient with yourself .

Don't expect your channel to skyrocket overnight.

With that being said it only takes 1 video to take off to get you more exposure but even then you have to build upon the momentum.

Tweeting your link on Twitter and list building could be advantageous too just as long as it's done correctly .

You are doing great to have 20 subscribers with only four videos.

Continue making more interesting videos and your subscribers
    will grow organically.

I would not purchase subscribers or do anything that might cause
    the account to be banned.

The obvious thing to promote is travel related affiliate offers but
you may want to do something different.

    That is up to you.

By giving value to your subscribers, there is a lot of competiiton on doing videos, but it much easier given review videos, or reviewing different products

Purchasing subscribers ain't the solution to your problem. If you purchase the subscriber then it will decrease your engagement rate and the YouTube algorithm will also neglect your future videos to show it to more users.

Pay attention to the following points:
The very first thing is to be patient.
Edit your video before posting it on your channel.
Do some research before posting videos on YouTube (because many other channels do the same in your niche).
What makes you different is the main thing to gain more subscribers.
If you know who is targeting audience and what kind of content they like to watch then it will be easy for you to make new videos.

Things to keep in mind while posting the video:
Write compelling titles to attract users.
Keyword research is a must and don't forget to use keywords in the Title and description.
Content, without having quality content it is useless to make new videos and post them on YouTube.
Write a short description or summary of your video to tell your users what is about.
    Add time stamps if necessary.
Always add an intro part to your videos, it makes them more attractive.
Don't forget to add thumbnails to your videos (having a well-designed and appealing thumbnail increases the chances of getting clicked).
    Use hashtags in the description.
Add end screens, it also allows users to watch your other videos if they like your content.
Insert Tags and increase the chances to appear in more searches.
Share video links on Social Media by creating a short highlight reel or story.
Ask your friends to share the video with groups and their friends.
Keep posting quality content and forget about subscribers for a few months in the starting.

    Hope it will help you.

In my opinion you should upload your videos at peak time and make sure your video should be scheduled for live. If you create short videos then make sure to upload at least 2-3 videos in a day.

Or If you have long videos then must upload 3 in a week must create 2-3 different thumbnails for the videos and make proper title/description for your viewers. One more thing is always share your video links to your other social platforms.

    Hope you liked my views.

I've tried like 10 different YouTube channels and like 3 of them were effective, 1 of them passed 14k. Now I'm not Mr Beast but here's my take:

Your channel topic might not work. I have the same skillset across like 10 channels as mentioned, but for some reason only one of them seems to get consistent views. I think you'll know immediately if a video idea works. So I also do music production tutorials, Slime Green Beats. When I started doing tutorials instead of just posting music, I noticed the views starting coming in. So yeah, unfortunately some topics are just dull or not very needed.

My second tip, share on Reddit. You can get some good views on Reddit.

Third tip, post on other forums.

4th tip, your industry might be too competitive. The other reason I think my music production channel as somewhat worked is because there's not a great deal of competition for doing that.

5th tip, thumbnails. I hate making them but I'm lucky enough be able to take good screenshots in that industry. I personally think thumbnails are annoying but to have success on YouTube you need to really hone in on those.

    Cheers and best of luck.

I suggest you simple thing follow you get a real subscriber. As you know YouTube day by day competition is increasing. So the first thing is consistency. You should make a schedule to post videos in days or weeks. The second thing is to make proper videos with quality content and decide according to your viewers which time your video engage more at that time you post your videos. The third thing is proper use of hashtags which increase your views and reach to right audience. These things if you follow will surely get real subscribers within the coming days. I hope it may helpful to you. Thanks.
