WANTED: Someone to NOT spam Craigslist

We're looking for someone to list our land properties for sale on Craigslist and keep them near the top of the page, for the property's home CL "zone" and the nearest 4-5 medium/high traffic zones (we will specify which zones with each property). The ad must be specific to the property (in other words cannot be a boilerplate ad plastered everywhere). But very easy to spin ad and still describe property. Have tools like burner phones, PVAs, geo-targeted clean IPs to get this done but need someone to take it over and run it smoothly each week.

We have 20-30 properties at a given time so this creates 25X5 125 ad load per week plus reposts if needed, so there's definitely some need for use of these tools.

-Not looking for multiple spammy postings on same CL zone site
-Not looking for general ads to be posted around the country about the business or a property where nobody will care
-Just want each of our properties to be found and in nearby zones at all times in the for sale section

Anybody out there do this or have suggestions for someone who might? Sounds like a part-time job possibly...have all the "stealth" tools needed but not able to concentrate on juggling all this.

However when we keep an ad posted in a high traffic area it works for us and gets sales.
