I have developed a platform over the past few months where retailers can find a retail service provider. A retail service provider can create a profile with us for free, upload their services and references. Through a geo-database, service providers or their references can be displayed in the area of the retailer who is searching. The platform is designed to increase the visibility of the respective retail service providers (shopfitters, exhibition builders, architects, etc.) and make their services comparable. Currently, we have launched online in Germany, but we can easily scale to all countries. The site has about 15 thousand subpages, but we now need help from an expert on how to get more traffic to the site (organically). Performance marketing is not an issue. Google indexes us very slowly, so we need help from external sources. Who has marketing experience in setting up a larger platform and can act as a consultant to help us? We are only software professionals and have little experience in marketing such a platform.

I see many "consultants" or else are willing to help, and even already offer "solutions", but funny enough none of them asked not even one question, let alone a right one to make sure they can really help your case.

Folks, focus on the client's problem in much details if you want to make sure its the ideal client for you. a.k.a -> you the ideal service for the client's needs. Believe me, you do not want to work with a client that does not fit you and with you, whatever the price you charge.

According to the OP I'd have many more questions to ask to make sure to lead Alice in the right direction in the case I'd choose to NOT work with her, or otherwise to provide her with the almost perfect solution tailored to her exact needs.

Anyway, as in most cases with this type of OP, there are 90% chances we will never see Alice here again
