Prestashop csv programe creation.

Hi all,
I'm after someone to create either a programe that will create prestashop compatible csv files, the programme needs to be able to.

Create a categories csv.
Create a Attributes/combinations csv
Create a products csv

If you have a back ground in working in this area please pm me with your price and i can provide more info.
