Basically im having some issues with uploading certain videos to my website. I need someone to find the problem and create a solution. You will be paid direct via paypal as soon as you have corrected the problem. This could take you five minutes or five days. You will have the FULL support of myself the site owner, the web hosts, and the development team (which are too stupid to work out the problem on their own - lol). Any questions post here. Otherwise PM me to start straight away and ill send you the information you need. As soon as the problem is fixed i will send $30 AUD or USD to your paypal account and if i like your work i will hire you for more work in the future as im always looking for good developers. As stated this may only take you five minutes to correct it may take several days. Im in no way a tech expert hence the reason i hire people to do these things. |

Some questions we got via PM. 1) What platform are you using? 2) By convert, you mean to FLV? 3) Who is your web host? 4) How much is your budget for this? 5) What is the exact problem? 1) PHP - CUSTOM CODING 2) We think so, but unsure - thats the problem 3) Webhost - Webair 4) Budget - $30 as per title... This seems like a very simple problem to be corrected because if you look at the site most other videos can be uploaded easily, its just that im the founder so im not that techy and my developers are just starting out and so they arnt that experienced. 5) Exact problem: Website: www.reviewdoo.com When trying to upload a video file that is over 20MB (approx) and is of high quality ( mp4 - 360p ) most times (80%) the video will transfer all of the data but will not convert it to the server and upload the video. We dont believe its a time out error, we have slow upload speed but we think that is ruled out as a potential problem. > >As an example i just tried uploading a 30MB mp4 about 8 minutes long and it did not convert into an actual video on the website. > >Uploading smaller sized videos such as a 16MB mp4 is no problem i do it all the time. It seems to only happen with larger files. The max upload size for site users is set to 200MB. Hope that helps guys. |
