Wordpress Theme Customization

Hi,

I am looking for someone or company that is capable of customizing wordpress themes for me. I use primarily Thesis and the Genesis framework.

I want someone who can take my rough ideas about sites, mostly for local businesses, and come up with a design. Then use that design to customize Thesis.

All I want are graphic customizations. I need a logos, headers, backgrounds, menu, and maybe some extra graphics like opt in boxes, testimonial boxes, etc done. I want someone who can design a page in photoshop, send it to me for my feedback, changes, etc, and then put it into Thesis.

If you are interested:

Include some samples of customizations you have done using Thesis,
Include your price. Please don't give me a range. Assume that this will be simple, logo, header, background, maybe a box.
