English-native content creators needed (different niches)

Hello!

I am looking for writers who can create content following these two steps:

1) You need to be able to find an interesting article title in a niche you are most knowledgeable in. I've provided a list of niches below, which I need content created for.

2) You need to be able to find highly useful information from multiple sources, not just one and compile a useful step-by-step guide. You can find content online and re-write it, but remember, it must be from multiple sources and be

*unique*. The main objective is not only to attract visitors to the website, but also give them high quality information they can use in solving their problems. There should not be any unnecessary fluff in the content.

- Google Trends data
- social bookmarking sites (delicious.com, reddit.com, etc.)
- top 10 results from Google SERPS (Search Engine Results Pages)
- YouTube videos
- etc.

Content Requirements:
=====================
1) High Quality Content Only - No fluff: Make the article as short as possible, as informative as possible, and as useful as possible. Do not write overly wordy introductions on general subject matter. Focus on actionable, useful content. For example, do not write an introduction explaining "What Wordpress Is" if you're writing an article about "How To Download Wordpress". We assume that visitor knows what Wordpress is if they're downloading it. Do not use phrases like "Everybody knows that," "This city is very interesting," etc. in an effort to increase the word count of your content. These are obvious signs of puffery and fluff and content of this quality will not be accepted or paid for.

2) Informative Visual Aids: images, graphs, tables, screenshots etc. Visual aids should be related to your content and should be unique. Use TinEye.com to double check.

3) Your content will be checked with Copyscape and must pass.

4) It doesn't matter where you find content to model or use for research - Just make sure to rewrite content from multiple sources so that it is truly unique.

5) Links to related authoritative sources, official sites (NO WIKIPEDIA) are valuable and make the content richer.

At first I was like wow this looks interesting, maybe I should bid. But then i realized this:

NO PREPAYMENTS.

And i was like "Oh hell no".

After being burnt BADLY once (how foolish was i...)....pre-payment would be mandatory...or for bigger orders usually 50% or so in advance.

The other red flag is that "Amanda Sanches" from "Czech Republic, Russia" only has one post...

Should you ever change the " NO PREPAYMENTS. " clause I would do the work for 50 % down, I have a proven work ethic and repeat clients. I write extremely well on any topic.

I sure hope everything is above board here.. seems odd that the OP hasn't come back to respond to the replies. No prepayments definitely sounds fishy, not something I can commit to.
