Looking For A Customer Support Rep - Native English A Must

Hey Fellow Warriors,

I've grown to a point where I simply can't handle all of the emails I'm getting on product support etc. (I sell a lot of software and some information products) and do the other aspects of my business (run websites etc)

I'd like to hire someone part time to help answer these support tickets and emails I receive. This would be an hourly paid position where the work would fluctuate from time to time based on new products being released, new versions etc. and you would need to check tickets Monday through Saturday. Some days it might only be 20 minutes and on a launch day it may be 4 hours or more.

I would teach you about the products so that you can answer the questions that you receive and really the reason why I'm doing this is so that I can focus my attention on other tasks in my business.

If this sounds interesting to you please PM me and I'll send more details and again I'd like to remind you that you must be a native English speaker. Payment would be done via Paypal and you would need to fill out a 1099 etc.

Prefer someone close to my time zone as well (Washington state)
