I want my current site The Concert Goer - Concert Reviews | Concert Tours | Concert tickets| Tour Dates | Backstage Passes to transform into a wordpress platform based website.

requirements for the job:

must have done this before
must be willing to sign a contract
you must be based in america (USA)
your first languge must be english
must fill out a w-9 form

I am not sure if you know this or not but you could convert your site from html to wp easily without getting too upset with other people...
