Need WP eCommerce theme customized to convert!

I have a wordpress shopping cart theme by PremiumPress (NEW Premium Wordpress Themes | Update 2012) I'm using for an affiliate site promoting Amazon products. The theme is incredibly flexible and already has all of the plugins/widgets necessary to make the site rock.

Here's the issue: I don't have time to really tweak the site for conversion optimization. The site is already done for the most part. I just need to get the colors re-worked a bit and the widgets set up so the site is optimal for conversions. Here's the current site: Discount Bassinet: Baby Bassinets and Moses Baskets at the Lowest Prices Online!

* You must have knowledge and be able to provide samples of WP affiliate sites/ecommerce sites that follow CRO (Conversion Rate Optimations) best practices.
* Must be able to make minor css changes if necessary outside of WYSIWYG editor.
* If you are not familiar with concepts like keeping important info "above the fold" or making CTA (call to action) buttons colors that stand out, I will know immediately and you will not be a good fit.
* The only other things I require will be exporting the products from Amazon (easily done within the backend) into the site.

This should be a fairly straightforward job for someone who understands how to set up a solid ecommerce/affiliate site. There is no coding required, just an eye for good web site structure.
