Why don't you just do an affiliate program in WSO?.

No affiliate program needed. The price is $97 for a 7-page mobile website. If you find a customer and sell a mobile website to him for $300, you just pay me $97 and I will make the mobile website for your client.

Or could we not make use of the facilities already at WF and sell our own websites, cutting out the middleman (YOU) to make more profit?

You can sell for $400 or even $500 per site and I only charge $97, then you make more profit.
