I need a copywriter to designer me a one page flyer for a clickbank product

Hello. I have an offer that I think is unique and I am not sure if this has been posted on here before.

I am looking to promote a clickbank product. This is Chris Farrell Membership site.

The way I am going to promote this is offline by distribution of flyers.
Is going to be a standard 8.5X11" yellow bright paper.

I need you to please visit the site, and gathered ideas, and come up with a creative flyer that is going to convert and make people want to join. Make sure it mentions the main benefits of joining, also that it has a $1 dollar trial and comes with a 60 day money back guarantee.

I know copywriters usually write a lot of words, but this is a challenging task as everything must fit on a standard 8.5X11 size paper, so wording, sizing, the headline, everything must come together perfectly. Maybe both sides of the paper can be used if you think you can make this work for me.

You must give me at least 3 revisions if something is not right or needs to be fix. Also I am not sure about the domain name I should use. Maybe you can help me with this also.

Should I use a simple 301 redirect or should I mask the url?

Anyways that is something out of the subject. I need a stunning flyer, that mentions why people should join this site only if they want to learn how to make money online.
