Serious Web Application and Web developer Needed

I am in need of a serious Web application and Web developer. I would prefer somebody who has an actual office in New Jersey. I have been through some fake developers who claim they know what they are doing and at the end of the day they have no clue. If you are a serious coder/ developer/ designer, I have a project I would like to discuss with you. If you cannot do it or know someone who is a serious php programmer/ web developer/ web application builder, please contact me. I have a project that I started since last June that I need to complete. Hiring the wrong folks has delayed my project.

If you are serious and have some serious work you have done, then contact me.
