Expert Programer, coder Wanted

I am looking for an expert programer/coder who can build a platform I can use to sell traffic.
A great example is cpcbroker.com

I need to be able to sell clicks to customers and they need to be able to see those clicks being delivered.

The system needs to be able to automatically place them in a rotator as we deliver the traffic and take them out as there orders are fulfilled.

We also need to be able to offer an affiliate program attached to the service.

again please review CPC Broker - The Best CPC Traffic... PERIOD! as an example of what you need to be able to do.

We will pay you well for your time.

Are you looking for an exact copy as it relates to features and functionality or are you looking to pull certain aspects out such as what you mentioned above with allowing to sell clicks and track them as well
