Looking to Hire an SEO expert (Pay Per Performance SEO Project)

I'm looking to hire an experienced SEO specialists to work on the set of keywords for my niche

This will be a job with milestone payments for tangible results, that is results I can see, but you will only be paid for results.

I will provide you with a large list of all keywords that I want to rank for.
You will provide your opinions on best keywords to use based on your research. (i.e the best keywords to rank for that have high volume of searches and it's still possible to get 1st page ranking for them )

I am not interested in link packages,hundreds of pointless web2.0 & edu links, link pyramids, and other outdated seo tricks.

I understand that SEO takes time and I am not looking for quick fixes or risky automated blackhat tricks. I am an experienced SEO Professional myself – but am looking to outsource the work – so I am expecting a broad range of OFF-PAGE SEO techniques to be employed. All SEO must be PANDA, PENGUIN and EMD proof.

I have a LOT of sites in my portfolio and I am looking to find a reliable, SEO professional to handle the sites.
I have other websites that require the same work and you will be offered these if you can prove yourself in the first website.

Having good english writing skills is a must.
