Help needed: improve website conversions

Have a good, functioning product with a valid differentiator - it's an electronic product mainly B2B in the Small/Mid Corporate space. However we're struggling to get conversions - website is not performing. Traffic volume is moderate and could certainly be improved, but conversion rates are appalling and need substantial improvement.

This may be through improving the quality of the traffic, improving the closing pitch and general messaging across the site, or jumping into other channels such as email lists...or most likely a combination of all factors.

Happy to pay good % of resulting income (with no cap!) but needs to be results based as had it with people taking money with no measurable improvement (not casting aspersions, no-one from here!).
