I need an experienced PROGRAMMER + with design skill

Hi.

I need someone to create a wp plugin for me.
My budget is quite tight, but still worth it because
what I want is a medium size application.

I prefer a programmer who has a design
sense and graphic designing skills.

What I want is you create a form plugin
for wordpress, with very beautiful design
and flexibility.

- Customer can add their own elements
like radio button option, single line field,
multiple line field, tick and so on.

- It will calculate the current price
automatically before submitting.

- It will send to admin's email
with auto-reply message can be set up.

- It integrates with Paypal and after
that will be redirected to a page and
notification as well.

- Customer will login to wordpress
and see the progress and remaining
balance to be paid.

- HOPEFULLY free minor bugs fixing if any
for 6 months or a year, as I always
face the bugs problems even the
program is finished by someone.

SO please let me know your price
on creating this kind of plugin FROM SCRATCH.

It should be MINE 100%.

not knocking anyone who applies, but I typically have found that you're good at "programming" or good at "design" not both. You might just have a good programmer set the code with minimal design, and then have a designer skin it.

very true on that, i have had real bad luck with that, all coders i have used so far lack big time on design...

In the last 5 years I never once found a programmer who single handedly ,handed over a website with any quality type design including 3 weeks ago...I paid 500 deposit with another 500 to be paid upon completion. The programmer claiming to have 30 years under his belt kept sending me something to look at ...I was blown away...everything was in TEXT except 3 images I had sent him...and the 1984 photograph which stretched across the screen....The rest was in text..

The problem is im a nice guy and I don't feel its my job to tell people with 30 years experience that they do not know how to create a nice website ..BUT with 30 years should no that a nice website is NOT 90% TEXT..

Its always too late once you send the initial payment...

But now...I know exactly what I want..If I find the programmer to fight me on every single request I make I just walk away.. sometimes its worth 500 to find out who is NOT the right guy!!
