This is a new program - built from the ground up. where Hydravid one had 4 sites, Hydravid 2.0 has 8. Multi account usage, faster, safer with built in social bookmarking. tons to it. It isn't an upgrade as it is written as a totally different program.

I purchased the software a couple days ago and am trying to use it on a Mac as described in the promo materials.

However the Java file just loads the terminal program or tells me I need to load the Java software developers kit (SDK).

So far the support website has been:

Down for a day

Non-responsive

Finally just sending me the link to download (The same download I already did, with the same problem.)

Since support is worthless so far, are any of you on the WF using the Mac version? If so, what is the process to actually get the program running?

I did finally get a response from support. It turns out you must download and install Java Runtime. From java.com / en / download.

Once that was done the program would open up and I could add accounts. Unfortunately there is a bug related to dailymotion that keeps it from functioning. I've contacted support on that. Hopefully this response won't take as long.

It does seem like it will be a great tool if it is functional. Again, this is just the Mac version.

You mean there is bug/some error but for MAC only?or Java Runtime not support for this?
