bro, rather than sell this, why not wait a while and tie-ip with a 'working partner' who will take over the entire operations of this business, and the profits can be shared 30-30-30-10 too? that's 30% for you, 30% for the working partner, 30% for the team who will be on a paryroll, and 10% as a plough-back into the business.

Thanks for your interest!

I'll keep the company active for some more time, but will have to dissolve the LLC by the end of October because it takes 30 days to be officially dissolved.

So, it should be possible for the new owner to get the LLC and all company accounts, if they decide to do so at no additional cost before the end of November, 2022, but I'll remove it from the special offer on the 18th of October, because there is a small possibility of a low additional charge by the registered agent service provider if the dissolution is processed, in order to reverse it.

I'm sure the new owner of this business will be more than happy to work with you and your team to make it a HUGE success! So, please proceed further to assemble the right team for this project.
