you talk about checking your ghostwriters work is vital, yet it looks like you may have forgotten to do that as your copy is FULL of errors.

At first, I thought oh, it is because of the difference in US vs Australia/UK English but that is not the case..

So you evidently either don't practice what you preach or you were in such a hurry to get this up and start getting sales from people who just buy and don't read.
