For this to be a valid challenge, you personally should provide the same controlled headline, copy and links to test the various vendors and their traffic sources. This will give you a true picture of the quality (opt-in rates, responsiveness etc) of traffic provided by each participant.

Giving each participant an opportunity to provide their own is a variable that skews the results. Also, 100 clicks is not a statistically significant number. I would personally invite 5 vendors to compete, and ask them to fulfill a minimum of 500 clicks, [80% top tier or above] to achieve a statistically significant result.
