• Q: The Application comes coded and ready to publish to the AppStore?
• A: No, we don't develop the App, we just design it.

• Q: How long does it take for you to design me the App?
• A: The designing takes between 4-6 days, depends on package, unless you purchased the "Emergency" package to speed up the process.

• Q: If there is a problem with the design, who can I talk to?
• A: We go through great lengths to assure everything is as perfect as it can be before we send out a finished design, but human error is undoubtebly possible and if you find any issue and you wish to change, please contact us at your discretion and we will do our best.

• Q: How do you deliver your work?
• A: Customers will receive everything in archived files. (.zip) and the design in .psd & .jpg format

• Q: Which payment methods do you offer?
• A: Currently only PayPal.

• Q: If I don't have a PayPal account, can I use my credit card?
• A: Yes, If you don't have a PayPal account, you can just enter your credit card details and complete an order form.

• Q: Can I cancel my order?
• A: Yes, you can cancel your order at any time and no costs will be attributed to you if you do so before we begin working on the project. If you decide to cancel your order during the process, we reserve the right for NO refund based on the work done so far.
