Let's start with the positives: Support: I love the way Russ took care of his customers. A typical support ticket to him would see quick response and he did provided me with extra attention and information that needed. He did more than what was ask of him and he did it with passion. It's not like you'd ran into problems with the software everyday, but a service provider that cares is a real gem, period. Effectiveness: I've no problems ranking tough keywords most of the times, but there are times that it takes months to rank the extremely difficult ones. By adding ASB2 into my SEO changes a few things: Tough keywords now rank quicker and previously static keywords get a bump in rankings due to link diversity. Hassle-Free: If you haven't started with xRumer don't bother with it... The typical learning curve is 6 months and no to mention the $600s or so that you're gonna pay for. Oh, and you're gonna source for your own list didn't you? Maintain the health of your lists every now and then, adding new domains to the lists, etc. Frankly, you'll be paying $50 to $75 alone to get your lists updated, but with ASB2 you didn't even need to think about learning xRumer or taking care of your list, opening accounts, etc. Just enter your keywords and URLs and set the date and you're done. RUSS is a nice guy: I love the way he communicates through newsletter and he's constantly taking in feedback and adding features to improve ASB2. If you have work with some of the warriors here who took months to update his obsolete software you'd know what I mean. Now, the negatives: Russ is probably a Man Utd supporter for which I'm definitely not a fan of  Bottom Line: If you can afford the price tag, its something that you'd need to add to your arsenal. Automation and SEO effectiveness don't come together at this affordable price tag that often. ... If you can't afford it, find a way to. Since that time, I have been even more impressed. The backlinks have helped me get one site ranked #1 for a couple keywords (it is a "local" site, so competition is not very high).
On top of that, Russ is constantly pushing to make this service better. You can look through this thread and see that in just the past month he has made 2-3 more improvements (and provided more backlinks). And just this morning I received another email from him about a couple other additional things they are working on.
BTW - Russ walks the line of communicating with his clients VERY WELL! He is in touch enough to keep us informed of status, updates, etc but does not email you every day. And I have NEVER gotten a "Hey, take a look at this..." email from him. The emails to his customers are directed at this product. (To all you other IM gurus reading...this is how it should be!! If you want to send offers to people, create another email list. Use your customer list for support/updates.)
If you think the price is too high, you need to do the math (and reconsider). If you wanted to try to do the same thing "on the cheap" at Fiverr, consider this...
Most link pyramids you see on Fiverr are only two levels deep and most have only 5-10 links at the top level (maybe 20).
But let's assume that you could get what ASB2 offers --- 200 first level, 200 second level, and 300 third level...for $5...
With ASB2, you get five of these a day...for thirty days
Let me do the math for you...
5 pyamids/day x 30 days x $5 each = $750

When I first joined I found the service very intuitive to use. I was up and running within a couple of minutes. I love how you can schedule your links way into the future if you want to. I really like that he doesn't email me everyday, sometimes several times a day, like some people I bought WSOs from pushing other products. In fact I don't recall him ever emailing a promotion out. If he ever does I will probably sit up and take notice as it will be a very good product indeed to get his endorsement.
I had one small issue with something I didn't quite understand and contacted Russ through his online chat facility. We got on Skype together and I gave him access to view my desktop while he talked me through exactly how to do what I needed to do. No waiting 3 days plus and still counting for a support ticket to be answered as I am right now with another product I got from someone else.
So my conclusion is that I recommend and endorse this service for anyone to use as part of their ongoing SEO plan. It does exactly what it says on the tin and you can choose exactly how you wish to use your daily allocation. Customer service is the best I have ever known and that is worth money to me as it eases frustration and downtime trying to deal with issues. I will agree with previous posts on this thread regarding customer service for ASB. Customer service is outstanding and Russ goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with the service. The service is so easy to use and Russ continues to find ways to improve upon an already great product.
I am a firm believer that to obtain true SEO success, you need daily backlinks, and this service does it automatically for you. I now have the faith that when I get new customers, I am going to be able to rank them for whatever keywords they want to go after. I had a chat with Russ and reformed the site from a website to wp blog added all my SEO tools and pushed alot of links using Autoseobacklinks.
I also did the same for a old blog with a similar domain to the above domain in question. This 2nd blog domain had never ranked in four years that I had the name.
Now I am 2,3,4 on page 1 and 12 and 16 on page 2 using the 2 domains mentioned. The main keywords have "exact" searches of 4400, 1900 per month.
