Order Process

• Step 1:

You send me your requirement about your new design via Skype, WF inbox, or email.
(I prefer Skype to communicate easier and faster)

• Step 2:

If I confirm I can do this project, you send me the upfront 100% payment. After that, I can start making this design for you.

• Step 3:

After a few days, I will send you a design WITH a watermark.
If you like this design, please confirm and ask me about this design without a watermark. Then, we can complete this project.
If you don't like this design, you can ask me for some revisions until you like this design.
In the worst case, you can ask for a refund as long as the watermark is still on this design.

Refund Policy

• I will refund your money back if I cannot do your project and the watermark is still on this design.
• However, I won't refund the money if you asked and received a design without a watermark before.

ASKING FOR A DESIGN WITHOUT A WATERMARK MEANS YOU APPROVE THIS DESIGN!!!

• Do You Offer Free Copies And Discounts?

I don't offer a free review copy now.
However, I'm giving a 50% discount on any plans.
(No coupon codes are required)
For example:
A plan of 50 social media designs is $600, but you just pay only $300
A plan of an infographic is $200, but you just pay only $100

• Do You Make ABC, XYZ Design?

I listed all the services I'm providing now.
If you don't see any service you need, it means it's not available now.

• What Is Your Turnaround Time?

I need around 2-4 days to complete a big/bigger plan.
I need around 5-10 days to complete the biggest plan

• What Is A Data Point?

A data point is each piece of information you would like to express in your infographic. A data point is short and conveys the message in a direct way. Not sure to know how many data points are on your design? Please send me a message including your information. Then, I will tell you my price and time.

• How Many Revisions Can I Have?

I will fix your design until you like it, as long as this design is still watermarked.
