That was an amazingly fast service, I received the design almost an hour ago and Rachel just wanted to know if there were any changes I needed - and there were not!

I was extremely impressed from the first glance. This is what I wrote her after seeing what she had designed:

Wow - That is hot!! It’s gorgeous, perfect and beautiful! I don’t know what else I can say! There’s space on the side in case I decide to put a tagline or something else in the future, and even without using that space, I think it looks perfect as is. You did great interpreting what I wanted with my description, right down to the layered gold! Great choice on the fonts. It will add great quality to my website.

I don’t think there are any changes to be made.

It’s quality work, customized, fast, and extremely easy for me as the end user. I’ve worked with both good and not-so-good designers and there is a huge difference between them. Good ones, like yourself, never cease to amaze me, it’s a huge contrast to working with a not-so-good designer who can’t understand a simple concept, resulting in a ton of of back and forth until finally you just settle out of frustration. A good designer knows what looks good, usually better than I do.

I just loved the process, I got a basic picture to give you from the public domain, suggested a change in color, gave you a couple colors to work with and a basic concept, and you delivered within a couple of hours and it looked way better than I had imagined in my mind.

Rachel gave me the PNG files as part of her service after confirmation that there were no further changes to be made. So should I choose to add anything, I can do so with ease.

I sent Rachel a very brief description, I sent 3 google images to give her an idea of the image I was wanting, I left the colour scheme to her. I did give her the url that would be used, as well as a title and tag line.

This morning I see an email saying she'd be starting work on my project, an email later on with an attached file.

I opened the file and in all honesty was blown away by the quality of the work.
Rachel advised me to get back to her for any changes I required, but there was nothing at all to change.

The header is colourful, clear and concise but at the same time very eye catching.
An outstanding design , done quickly with no fuss - brilliant !

Pixeldreamer is very legit. The work that she did was pretty amazing. For just $17 its a steal. I have seen other "designers" create headers not even half as good ad the one Rachel did for me but for triple the price she is charging. Her turn around time is awesome.

I gave her the theme of my idea and within a hours she had something that was exactly what i was looking for. I will definitely be back for more

Hi Rachel, my name is Rick Hodge and I too am fairly new to the warrior forum. I recently launched a product in the wso section. Although I am pretty good at writing and marketing I have no idea how to do graphics. I need graphics for 6 Ebooks. Need the cover graphics, and graphics installed inside the document. I have several questions... should I send you the images that I buy from istock photo and can you make graphics for the ebook?
I can send editable word docs to you and would like cover art and the same graphic on each page. I just want to make sure is the price 17.00 for putting graphics throughout ebook? Each page would be a thumbnail of cover art. I have an example that I could send if you like but I am sure you would have no problem doing. Should I send you all the docs at one time?
I have 4 other wsos that are be written now and don't have the time or expertise now to learn how to do graphics. I would rather team up with someone who knows what they are doing. I can send docs by email.

I contacted Rachel with the hopes of her redesigning a header for an eight year old website that I was relaunching. She had nothing to work with other than the thoughts in my head that I tried to communicate through writing.

The first design she completed was gorgeous, but not the right image for the new website. It was half-way there, though, so it was only a matter of changing the components that didn't work.

When she sent back, the second draft, I was floored at its beauty and the fact that she had captured the image that I sought for the new site.

Basically, there are three reasons why I will work this terrific designer again.

1. She is friendly and knows how to speak to people in a caring manner.

2. She understands that revisions are part of the job. I have had countless other designers "try" to do this header and all I get for the money is a load-full of grief. They expect customers to accept their first attempts.

3. She did not use boxed graphics. I am tired of looking at portfolios of headers that are not really made by the "designer". They are just standard icons and graphics from a set slapped together with words to make a header.

I am so pleased, as my brand is important, and Rachel really took the time to know me and what I needed to accomplish.

Here's my testimonial:

I gave Rachel 3 headers to do and she did a fabulous job. I loved the fact that she follows my instructions carefully and is timely (the first design was within 48 hours and subsequent revisions were within 24 hours). For all 3 headers, I had 3 revisions done to each - all to my specifications. Her willingness to work with me patiently in the revision part really made my life easier.

In a nutshell,

For not-so-fussy folks: She's the one to go to for header designs.
For fussy folks like myself: She's still the one to go to. But for best results, it's better to have a rough design in mind for her to follow through on it.

I have worked with 3 header designers and she's the best one so far.

I had Rachel do a header for a new site. She exceeded expectations. With minimal direction she produced a great header which should require no changes. Her communication is excellent as is her pride in her work.

Rachel is a hidden gem on the WF. Personally and selfishly, I hope many people do not discover her and fill up her calendar. I most certainly will use Rachel for all my graphic needs.
