We are deeply sorry that you had a virus situation through your browser and hopefully it was not a serious issue that caused any damage. We can assure you that it was not anything that we did that would have caused that, as we care greatly for customers and wouldn’t make any sense for us to do such a thing. Through over 3,000 web development projects we have never encountered an issue like this so I would like to personally extend my help.

I was not impressed, but not terribly put off yet either. It was not until I decided to go to the root website of the demo they sent me (to look around and see what they were all about, of course). That is when "It" happened...

I stupidly used IE to open the page, having multiple browsers for my work is common and I had no reason to mistrust these people at this point. I know IE is horrible, and I have no script blockers for it. However, seeing no apparent danger at looking at a "web developers" website, I used IE.

BIG MISTAKE!

I kept getting an adobe flash prompt, it was a loop. I knew then and there it was trouble, because the loop halted my system. They had an exe run automatically, it was one of the typical java viruses that hijack your system and make you run a "virus scan". I was amazed...

After a few hours cleaning in safe mode and a night of cleaning with boot disks, I was back to work... The first thing that I did, was to question Dipak about it. His answer was of course, "i know nothing" and denial. Needless to say, I promptly blocked dipak.tewary1 and will not be doing business with these people, at all.

I just don't understand why anyone who has the talent to develop in php, java, etc, would have to resort to bad business, just to make a dollar. It shows, that they probably have little to no real skill at all.

Bottom line is:
If you have a real web development project that you want to outsource... Stay FAR away from these scam artists, their skills are faked and their intention is to fleece and run.

I have used Dipak for many projects. Compared to other overseas companies he goes above and beyond the status quo, he truly cares for his customers. He has always been available to answer questions, give status updates, quotes etc. He is fair and honest. I have spent thousands with his company in good faith and have never had an issue. I'm sorry for what happened onemind however I have worked closely with Dipak for two years and I know he would never intentionally harm his clients. I have complete trust in him.

Complete spin horseshit... The root domain of the site installed several exe's through javascript. Nice 14 post alts too man. There is nothing you can do for me. However, do yourself a favor and remove that virus from your website.

He has helped me with different projects, he is available all the time when I need him and I could not be more impressed. Another thing he does not do is over promise! I hired Dipak and his team to develop and design a fully customized responsive WP website.

After some changes in the design, which BTW Dipak handled very professionally the website came alive an it looks outstanding. I've had plenty of compliments! Naturally there is always something you want to improve, but that's normal in website development...I will improve my website when the time is right.

It was very easy to work with Dipak and his team, they are patient and follow instructions well and they are truly professionals.

I know I will use them for all my future design/website needs, since the value for the money is just unbeatable.

I brought on app from one warior here.

He help me install as I not expert on installation scipits

next suddenly this app didn't work quite well , as Twitter email me...

it break their TSO rules...( when the user choose to remove their account , it didn't and still retweet )

Twitter told me need to change this issue..

After some changes in the design, which BTW Dipak handled very professionally the website came alive an it looks outstanding. I've had plenty of compliments! Naturally there is always something you want to improve, but that's normal in website development...I will improve my website when the time is right. It was very easy to work with Dipak and his team, they are patient and follow instructions well and they are truly professionals. I know I will use them for all my future design/website needs, since the value for the money is just unbeatable. Thanks!
