Yes, bulk emails are allowed, however, if you start to send email spam and all IP's allocated to you get blacklisted, that is not allowed, so in simple words, bulk emails are allowed but sending email spam is not for further information you can read our terms of service below as each country has its own specific rules and your server should abide by the rules of its data center location country (we have chosen our offshore data center locations very carefully so that you can have freedom of speech and data privacy on your servers).
