Wordpress issue: Virtual button NOT accessible

Hi, I need help about my blog that use wordpress theme and when I wanted to write a post the virtual button or area won't show and only the text which needs html.

The last I have done with my wordpress site is to upgrade it to the latest 4.3.

I need help please.

    Looks like you mean the visual tab rather than virtual button. That's why screenshots are so awesome!

    The first thing to try is deactivating all your plugins. If that fixes it, you know one of your plugins is causing the issue.

    Then reactivate them one at a time until it breaks. Then you'll know exactly which plugin is causing the issue.

    You can also try switching to one of the WP default themes to see if your theme might be causing the problem.

          When I refreshed the page after installing and activating the plugin, the Virtual Tab didn't show any changes.

            Did you try deactivating plugins as I suggested? Installing a new plugin to try and fix a conflict is probably not your best long term solution.

              HI fulltimewp,

              Yes I deactivated all plugins and still didn't show the full Virtual Tab.

              I have contacted the WP-Theme author as well and no response yet.

              Appreciate all your help man.

                Great. How about the theme, did you switch over to one of the default WP themes? If that doesn't do it, try reinstalling WordPress.

                  I did switch to other theme (not the default though) and now can't access my site. Geez.

                  I have not installed wordpress as I am afraid to erase the whole blog.
