I keep getting this message when i try to do anything with my website:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home2/seraphic/public_html/wp-content/themes/wpesp-portfolio/wpesp-portfolio/portfolio_hcard.php on line 35

I would go back to edit line 35, but i cant because everytime i click on anything on the WP dashboard i get this message.

Please Help!

Instead of editing via the WP admin dashboard, I suggest manually editing via FTP.

"FTP" is an acronym for File Transfer Protocol. It is a method of transferring files from your localcomputer to your web server and back again.

Web developers do this so they can work on their files locally with high-quality text editors like Ultra Edit. PS Pad or Notepad++ . It's much more productive than editing with the WordPress Editor.

You can download a free FTP program like FileZilla or WIN SCP. You also need to have an FTP account on your web host, chances are the account you log into your CPanel or Admin console also has FTP permissions. You then point your FTP client to your host, log in and begin moving files.

As iBBnet said, you should FTP the file to your local computer - you can then examine the offending line of code.

whatever you use to access your cPanel is the same username and password to use for FTP.

    put your details like this:

    ftp info: ftp.yourdomainname.com
    username: your cpanel usename
    password: your cpanel password
