CSS Help Needed

WEB DESIGN

I'm trying to identify what is causing my check boxes to align below each other instead of beside/ on the same line.

This is my page: page removed
I ran firebug and I see numerous errors but I have no idea what any of them mean. I know the theme has some major coding problems but for now my focus is fixing the checkbox issue.

What do I need to do to get them to line up on the same line?

You have a tag between your 'Yes' and 'No' boxes, remove that and they will be on the same line.

Thanks for commenting EJ...I thought the same thing, but there aren't any or between the Yes and No boxes. That's what led me to believe it's a CSS issue.

Any other suggestions?

I believe it has to do with the tags.
Are you using wordpress?
If so go to WordPress › Support » 2.8 HTML editor adding and 
There are some people at this link with the same issue.

Great source. The Raw HTML plugin fixed the problem perfectly. Thanks so much!
