Hey Members Im having some issue in changing themes in wp.First of all im browsing the themes to see how they look for my website. but thats impossible sinse i still see the old one in there ..ive changed about 5 themes..and still seeing the first...Ive tried ie, firefox,google chrome and samething i clean my catch and cookies multiple times but same thing...im not able to edit cause i can see the changes .....any help PLEASE!!!:confused:

    Its a new wp installation...I have about 30 new themes i purchase..Im trying them...but when i preview them in a browser im still seeing the old one ..i refresh the pages many times same thing.... if i click on one of the categories the page come up with the new theme but when i go back to home ...same or previous theme still shows

      Are you getting confirmation of theme activation? if not, then please be sure that you are clicking right button in the dashboard while activation of the theme of your choice.

    I can suggest you to watch some videos or tutorial from google or youtube about the process of installing wordpress themes. This will tell you where you are mistaking. And whats the problem makes you tensed. I hope there are plenty of tutorial site and video tutorial available where you will get your desire one. So i did not mention here anything.search any of these "wordpress theme instalation tutorial" or url:YouTube "wordpress theme instalation video" thanks in advance.

    Hmmm, this is weird. How about deleting those old installed themes first before installing anew one?

    Sounds like caching issue to me... Do you have any wordpress plugins that enable caching? If so disable it. Also try clearing your browser cache between theme switches.

      i would like to think is a caching issue....on firefox 20 min after i can see the site..theme change but on IE its still the same

    Yes,it's a caching problem so you don't need to worry.If you are going to make many changes I suggest you to disable the caching plugin.

    I had the same problem. Go to your pages tab on the dashboard then on each individual page click update. That worked for me.

    does anyone know of a plugin for wp or anyway to merge a website into a wp site...i tried ifraiming plugins in wp but I can find one suitable enough. the width and sizes are either to large ..and there don't seems to be enough options to arrange the with and sizes

      Your question is kind of a nonsense... sorry. Can you explain (without using any technical term) what exactly means "to merge a website into a WP site"?

      I have been making WP sites since 2004 (and non-WP site way before that) but I really don't understand your question.

      Why would you want to do it? What do you hope to achieve?

        I'm trying to add more content to my website We do it for you - Jobs For 10 Dollars so it can look unique and attractive.
        There's a lot of space on both side, and i'm not to good in coding...so i've been trying to merge this site with a wordpress template
