Anyone heard of minisitestheme.com ?

Hi.. can I ask something.

A few months ago I had bought the MRR package of minisitestheme.com
from a guy in a local forum.

But just now when I want to use it, I feel some doubt since there's no clear
license for MRR given and no salesletter provided.

Anyone here has some info about this site? I try to contact the owner but the mail is rejected by the server.

Can I know whether this package is available in MRR or not.

I decided to sell the templates but worry about copyright issue that I might face.

    It's short and easy to understand. It's clearly stated that You cannot give away /sell / share the raw source files (in any editable format) underany circumstances. In simpler words, you cannot offer your customers ANY rights to the source files.

    It's meaned that if you sell this template, you'll need to give your customers all of the files of each template, so it's prohibit on their site. Refer here:

      Yes.. I've checked the site and read about the license.

      I've seen some some product owner that sell their product as MRR (but not on their site)
      but not giving any clue about it on their main site.

      I've contacted him/her.. but no luck yet.
