Hi all,

Got a website design, any /specific/ recommendations on getting it coded? Been through a google search and a couple outsourcing sites, but after half a day, no closer to knowing who to pick. Most offer the whole shabang design and coding. Would like to use Drupal.

Thanks!

What key terms other than "code" can you use on the outsourcing websites so that I have less to sift through?

If I were you, I'd use eLance.com to develop a shortlist of the best coders for Drupal, by reviewing their past projects, performance, recommendations, reputation and prices.

    Hope this helps...

The Best way is to outsource on warrior forum, warrior for hire section you can found some great freelancer few thing which will you keep in mind while hiring anybody
    1: how much he charge
    2: his/her Reviews
3: in which mode he will be going to charge you.
I always charge on milestone basis for web development project means one will be charged only for the work which has been completed.
In website development project always break the project into milestones like
    1: psd template Design
    2: psd to html/css
    3: html/css to WP/Drupal/Joomla/custom php
    4: uploading contents
5: Moving the complete site to your server
in this way if the designer leave the job in the middle you will not loose the full money plus you can take another freelancer to complete the remaining job and will be easy for him/her to carry out your reaming work.
    I hope this will help
    Thanks

Unless you have some good reason to use Drupal, I'd stay away from it. It's slow, cumbersome and has a tiny support community when compared to something like WordPress.

You can also find WordPress developers quite easily, but Drupal developer are difficult to track down because there are so few of them.
