WEB DESIGN

I tried to find a tutorial/guide plugin regarding with this widget
its originally from blogger and i believe that WordPress have it too
but i dont know how..

on the first photo showing the floating, sticky chat widget near on the scroll bar

this how its looks when clicked

i hope someone who have time to help a beginner like me

Did you look close at the second image you posted? It says the name of the service. Chatango. Unless your looking for something similar?

Don't think I'd want something like that on my site. What you could get, what the people using it could say. Looks like a lot of junk.
