Here is my website : Reverse Phone Lookup | Top Rated Services Reviewed And Critiqued PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!! Two weeks ago, I finished revamping my website ( because it had some type of G Trademark suppression penalty penalty and followed the advice of people on the Webmaster Central Forum. I then submitted a reconsideration request AND BAM!!! Today I woke up to this morning with a message on my WEBMASTER tools area : "This site may be in violation of Google's quality guidelines. More Details Pages on your site may not appear in Google search results pages due to violations of the Google webmaster guidelines. Please review our webmaster guidelines and modify your site so that it meets those guidelines. Once your site meets our guidelines, you can request reconsideration and we'll evaluate your site. Submit a reconsideration request" Then I checked.... my site is completely DE-indexed!!!! I am beating myself over the head as to what could have caused this NEW wrinkle . I checked my site against every point in the Google Quality Guidelines and every thing checks out OK. can someone please pinpoint what I did wrong ... I am ready to jump off a bridge!! I have no outbound link page. In fact the only "DOFOLLOW" outbound link I have is to a Wikipedia article on the history of reverse lookups. I have absolutely NO link partners. Those incoming links were gathered through natural means...since I do a lot of OFF-INTERNET Private investigative work and promotions, I guess some people put my links on their sites ..... I have NO control over that. I have very cognizant of the damage a webmaster can do to their own site bu link OUT to bad neighborhoods or do reciprocal exchanges SO I only have 1 "DOFOLLOWED" outbound link, which I mentioned above. The only other OUTbound links are all NOFOLLOWED. As far as hacked? No I don't see any evidence of it. I went LINE BY LINE -- THROUGH EVERY ONE OF THE GOOGLE QUALITY GUIDELINES HERE : Webmaster Guidelines - Webmaster Tools Help and I found my site to comply 100%, UNLESS I am missing something very blatant, that hopefully someone can pick out. To deindex my site now is a pretty serious breach of Google Quality guidelines, that I may have committed. And it has to be something that seems deceptive, however, I for the life of me, can't pinpoint what I did to my site that is so deceptive to warrant a TOTAL de-indexing. Please people I need as many eyeballs as possible trying to pinpoint what I did wrong. Here is my sitemap: http://.............../sitemap.xml |

No , the trademark suppression penalty ( if its even called that) has nothing to do with using big G's trademark. It has to do with you own site's trademark meaning you site does not rank for its own domain name ( without the extension) and the name of your site's main product. I don't mean to confuse anyone but Forget about this trademark suppression penalty for now. My site is deindexed for some serious reason, which I cannot find. I looked at the G quality guidelines and my site checks out OK, unless I am missing something, that is deemed by big G as manipulative.

there many review sites.......... thousands of them that are indexed in G. So if they didn't like it it then my serp ranking would bad, BUT not reason to deindex. Deindex usually happens when there is a serious breach of their webmaster quality guidelines

It would be rather hard for google to pick them out algorithmically I think unless there was a template with a footprint. Lee

I have 9 review type sites in different niches ..all review sites similar to the deindexed one. So its not that, trust me. In my 8 years of dealing with G's GOD-LIKE power I can tell you they don't easily de-index a site. They de-index because of a blatant attempt of the webmaster trying to "game the system" I for the life of me, can't pinpoint what I did wrong that could be construed as "manipulative" or "gaming" the system.... t thats why I am here trying is someone can please give my site an objective review why reviewing my site breaks any of their webmaster quality guideline rules:Webmaster Guidelines - Webmaster Tools Help

| Well, if you use that time to settle your scores with the big G, you will be thanking yourself later that you did cos when it comes to SEO, they control the world, believe it or not.

that totally sucks....were you ranking high for a trademark name? I had/have a website which was ranking 1st for a keyword and also on the first page for a brand name. Guess what? My website has been reported as web forgery (even being honest)...created again another website, ranked good as before and BAM! desindexed for violating the invisible guidelines...

No didn;t change the meta. I changed the internal link structure. See my article.html page. Someone from another forum told me my linking structure on that page seems be constructed to manipulate the flow of PR through the site since only a specific keyword is the anchortext for the link.. H said I should make the entire article title the anchor text link, and not just part of it.........I don't know..but sounds plausable

Yea that sucks, I didn't see anything on your site that stood out enough to get a deindex. If that was my site, here is what I would do If Google won't work with you on the existing site. I know this will take some work, but If G was sending you any traffic for those hops, I would setup an identical site with a .info TLD, then remove all traces of Google verification code that you have on the old site, block Google spiders from indexing the old site. Setup the new .info just for Google, don't add any verification code, just see If it gets indexed on it's own. The only way I would go through the trouble of creating a 2nd site is If I was already making sales on those hops from the old site. Worse comes to worse you'll 2 sites bringing in traffic from Yahoo & Bing. |

I hate them. They tell you are violation of the their webmaster guidelines but they don't tell what it is, then they send to a link of their guidelines, and I can't pick out for the life of me, how am I in violation. I seem to check out fine while reading the guidelines which i have read 100 times already since Friday!!

I checked your site's link profile, and saw some suspicious links. Have you bought links? I saw some (a lot) irrelevant pages (homepages) linking to your site, and it seems that these pages were flagged by the big G as "paid links", because of the link's placement and irrelevance: BroPass.com Free Anonymous Public Web Proxy Server FreeGlypeThemes.info Download Free Themes For Glype Proxies Travelling To Lisbon | Lison Travel Information Guide links coming from these sites are not thematic. |

If you go with the new .info, it might be a good idea to keep both the new & old site 100% seperated from each other, fresh backlinks on the .info. I'm like you, after looking at your site I don't really see a problem & I've seen sites that rank ok in the SERPs that are horrible. If it was me I wouldn't touch the old site (on page content), since Yahoo & Bing are bringing in some traffic. A .info is cheap, so really the only thing it will cost you is time, to add a 2nd site. But hey, that 2nd site could bring in more traffic on Yahoo/Bing no matter what happens with Google. Couldn't hurt too try... ![]() Quote:

Your site is guilty of keyword stuffing. Every article with the keywords in bold that don't fit in the context of the sentences, all the lists of links with the exact same keyword text at the bottom of the articles. Example: Find Address From Phone Number Is Simple Google Webmaster Page Telling you not to do this: Keyword stuffing - Webmaster Tools Help Unstuff it and resubmit it for consideration. I'm writing a FAQ for site deindexing/deranking here: FAQ 8.1: PLEASE READ - Your Traffic Dropped and Your Site Was Buried/Deindexed/Sunk I'll have to add a specific entry for keyword stuffing like this. |

Good luck trying to get re-indexed. There are many times when Google would just let you know that they have reviewed your site and just let you keep on hanging. They don't really give you a straightforward answer.

But to answer your question. No I did not buy links or exchanged. But I think some of these links are from my customers, who like my site and just put on link on theirs. I do a lot offline promotions so that why I would get these unrelated sites, linking to me. I have been trying to reach them to remove them and removed some but about 20-25 still remain. However, I don't think thats why I was de-indexed, There just not that many irrelevant backlinks

I thought that was the problem too. Another person told me that I was trying to manipulate the serps by only linking with the keyword anchortext and was leaving the rest of the article title unlinked... I guess 2 people seeing the same thing makes it official ALSO, I might just delete those pages altogether. How would you suggest do that? Do I just update the sitemap and resubmit it with the lower page count OR do i have to remove a page from Google on the webmaster tools area?
