Recently I noticed that my adsense ads are not showing up. I tried creating new ads and putting them on my blog, but they are not showing. I also tried creating a new ad, and putting it on a new site that has never had adsense on it before, and it is still not showing?! I've never had this problem before. It seems like since adsense updated their new control panel, my ads haven't been showing up. Anyone having these problems, or have any ideas why my ads aren't showing up? In my adsense control panel, under "my ads" they are showing up as "Active". |

I know when you put adsense ads up on a page in can take a while initially for them to show up (google mention this in there documentation somewhere). Are you seeing a blank in the spaces where the ads should go - If so hang tight and ads will start appearing there in a bit. If not triple check you paste your adsense code in the right place. Having an ad marked in the Adsense control panel as Active does not necessarily mean you have them correctly pasted on your site (of via a plugin if you are using one). So check that as well. Thanks, and yes the ads are showing blank spaces. I know that's I've got them pasted in the correct spots too, I have done this before and they normally show up within 10 minutes or so. I tried to fix this a few days ago and it was showing blank for the past 3 days, so I'm assuming that something is off and they are not going to show up at all. I have triple checked, changed, and done everything I know how to do, they just aren't showing up.

I assume your sites content is showing up ok in the search engines? Your domain is not banned or anything? Was it showing ads before? One thing that may help (it's a longshot) is to verify your domain with webmaster tools. Any errors in your adsense account about pins needing verification? A new payment method not approved, or something like that? Thats about all I can think of. I hope it works for you. Oh one last thing, I have not done this recently but you used to be able to put sandbox ads on your site (for testing). Maybe try adding them to see if that works for you. Good luck. |

The ONLY thing I can think of is that I haven't yet recieved my first payment because I haven't filled out account information ETC. I just met the threshold a month ago, and am now eligible to recieve my first payment from them. I wonder if for some reason my ads won't show up until I received my payment? I just filled out the needed information today so I should be getting my check/deposit very soon. Thank you for your help I appreciate it. |

That could well be it, although I don't understand why they would do that. I suggest you hang tight and see if it sorts itself out soon. Do you happen to have another website to try loading up ads? what about setting up some brand new ad's and seeing if they work? Again longshots but maybe worth a try. Cheers Tim |

There really is three real answers. Either you have been banned, your sites have been banned, or your adsense has been disabled. No other reasons, logically, for ads to stop showing. Rare issues are a far off possibility. Like server issues on your host's servers. I think you asked this before, so maybe some old issues are popping back up. Like the fact that your adsense code should be cleaner. You've got some of the code on the same line as others. Not a good thing, although bad code like that should be forgiven. But spacing does matter in some cases. But in reality, if they just "stopped showing," that's bad. Paul |

Sir Paul is right about the three real possible answers to your problem that either you have been banned, or your sites have been banned, or your adsense has been disabled.

If you get banned or your account gets disabled you get advised by an email from adsense and cannot login to your account. Or if you can login to your account it would be clearly stated that your account is disabled or that there is a problem with an account. If you are logging into your adsense account and can see not error/warning messages from Google your account is not banned/disabled. Most likely it's a validation of your account issue I suspect if you have ruled out most of the other issues previously discussed on the thread. Cheers

There would be no reason for my adsense to be disabled/banned, I had 1 ad on 1 of my sites and it was in the footer at the bottom of the page. I tried making new ads, and I tried placing my new ads on a different website and they aren't showing up on there either. I have not received any mail or notifications either. |

I'm having the same problem. I just got a Hostgator account and have been setting up a site with its sitebuilder. The link units I put in place show up fine, and my text ads did show up at first on a couple pages, but now they don't show up at all. I've deleted the embed widget and replaced it and double checked the code. Nothing. I have a blog with the same code on it in basically the same places and it works fine, but not on this new site. I'm going crazy.
