Domain Monetization Ideas?

I've had a domain for a few years now and have not monetized it. I was thinking of maybe an e commerce site selling Christian books, music etc. That seems to be a pretty big and loyal market. Or maybe just sell Christian music downloads if there was some streaming service or white-label reseller program I could hook it up to.

Any of you guys have some ideas for me?

    My father inlaw is always buying christian related ties. He's probably got 100 ties.

    It may depend on the domain, matey.

    Whatever you do, though, you need to research potential markets before just hopping in.

    Christian books may sell very well, but can you tap into the market?

    Can you capture your own share of that market?

    Are you able to enter the market?

    Have the funds?

    So many variables.

    One thing I can suggest (and this really is just a shot in the dark, depends on all of the above and more) but perhaps look into Christian t-shirts through TeeSpring.com.

    The Christian market can be very lucrative if you manage to establish yourself but it's very competitive and there are some big boys in the market.

    The t-shirt idea is a good one especially if you can match it to the top bands within CCM.

    One of the great things about this market is that they talk to each other and are surrounded by people with similar interests.

    One of my clients has over 2 million YouTube views and sold over 4 million copies of his book. He's also sold a related dvd and study guide.

    Most of this was done through word of mouth.

    As with most markets there are a lot of niches within and sometimes it's more practical to focus on a small part of the market.

    The 18-25 of rock CCM spend a lot but so to do parents on veggie tales.
