A Quick Question about "Thanks..." (delete after real answer - thanks)

Maybe I'm overly generous but very often my "thanks" button disappears. Originally, I put this down to the fact that I recently upgraded Firefox and it was a browser/vBulletin issue.

However, I notice a couple of members have mentioned in passing in some of their replies to a few posts here and there that they used up all of their "thanks" for the day.

Yes...of course I've tried to search the forum for the answer but would really like to know if there really is some sort of quota just to stop myself from going out of my mind and to stop me wasting some of our developers time

      Don't know what the limit is but I've never reach it as yet. The limit is probably to prevent a few from just thanking their friends over and over for anything they post.

      It's like a standing ovation - overused it loses its significance.

        Point taken and, despite what I have written in another recent post, there have been a couple of great threads lately containing a lot of sense.

        I just wanted to make sure there was no "issue" between the two pieces of software mentioned as we're creating something for a client and I don't want any functionality glitches...
