Mary, most of them are his works, just written by Danny Wall who is his real name as far as we can tell.

The ebooks that he has no rights to he has on his website so no rules in that sense broken here.

As far as being allowed to be a member here, I am guessing he used a new IP. He is still in Colorado, but a different address. The old one was a fake address.

John don't be conned into spending any money with him. If you are on his list, be aware that he is a good copywriter and will try and wear you down with his sales pitches.

Interesting that he said recently that he isn't allowed to sell copywriting, but look on his blog to see what is being offered.

I once got a free CD seminar from Danny Wall which I thought was pretty darn good. You are right in the fact that he is good with words.

I never bought anything from him, but I came close a couple of times.

He also has (at least) twice used the "my friend is in dire need of money - send me money now and I will mail you a huge package of IM stuff."

I don't know if the people who sent money ever got the stuff, but this happened right before he disappeared off the map...twice.

Is this thread breaking rule #1?

Hey Allen,

I just downloaded his free stuff yesterday....and I have to admit
was pretty close to parting with my money....he's
very convincing!!!

So I really appreciated Bev alerting us to this today.

I believe we have a social responsibility to keep this place
as safe as possible especially considering how many newbies keep
coming here.....

Can't we have a sort of "Name & Shame" type board (for want of
a name???) that focusses on keeping this place free of scammers?

I also want to call the moderators of this forum we all love and appreciate. I appreciate what you do to keep this place top notch, it is a place of incredible resourcefullness and I hope it will stay like this in the futre.

But instead of participating in some of the threads initiated by the person in question here and telling him off "nicely", I'd expect that you take more rigorous measures and actually shut down his various accounts. To my amazement, they still seem to be active.

You guys probably know the most about the patterns con artists like him use and should do everything in order to prevent criminal minds invading and polluting this place and taking warriors for a ride. If you don't want to be part of the problem and actually let them expand their circle of influence, you need to feel the responsibility now and do something about it. That's just my opiniion.

There was a post in the old forums from the mods that if it was out right scam artist they couldn't be protected from rule #1. My understanding of rule #1 is John Customer as beef with John Merchant for whatever reason then take it up between them two. But if the person is a fraud and is trying to steal money like Danny Wall has done than they should be exposed to warn warriors like Bev did.

I could be way off but that is my understanding of rule #1.

This guys just has no shame. He must figure he has a few days/weeks before he is exposed in which he scam a few warriros.

But I'll make a personal observation as I've read all the threads, including Steve Garrett's "You must be joking" thread:

What kept going through my mind was, if that were me, if someone had WRONGLY accused me of being Danny Wall, with all that had went on before, I would be ABSOLUTELY BESIDE MYSELF!

I would be falling over myself posting. Not only would I be replying with considerable anger and outrage, I would be posting (or PM'ing) someone my cell #, getting on a video chat with some senior forum member, SOMETHING to IMMEDIATELY and INCONTROVERTIBLY prove myself to insure my reputation and ability to interact and do business on Warrior wasn't irretrievably ruined.

And I would then INSIST that all involved got whatever proof they needed and VOCALLY said so.

What I CANNOT imagine doing is simply responding with "thanks for wasting our time, Bev".
