I have just discovered that Danny is back, trying to sell again here.

Alert has been sent to Allen, just remember warriors if it sounds too good it is too good, and if people can't tell you what they have been doing, it could be because they have scammed people.

Scammers hate people who expose them. If it wasn't for Bev and some other guy whose name I forgot there would still be a Jordyn around reminding everyone in every single post she is 16 years old.

Mary, most of them are his works, just written by Danny Wall who is his real name as far as we can tell.

The ebooks that he has no rights to he has on his website so no rules in that sense broken here.

As far as being allowed to be a member here, I am guessing he used a new IP. He is still in Colorado, but a different address. The old one was a fake address.

John don't be conned into spending any money with him. If you are on his list, be aware that he is a good copywriter and will try and wear you down with his sales pitches.

Interesting that he said recently that he isn't allowed to sell copywriting, but look on his blog to see what is being offered.

I once got a free CD seminar from Danny Wall which I thought was pretty darn good. You are right in the fact that he is good with words.

I never bought anything from him, but I came close a couple of times.

He also has (at least) twice used the "my friend is in dire need of money - send me money now and I will mail you a huge package of IM stuff."

I don't know if the people who sent money ever got the stuff, but this happened right before he disappeared off the map...twice.

Is this thread breaking rule #1?

  There was a post in the old forums from the mods that if it was out right scam artist they couldn't be protected from rule #1. My understanding of rule #1 is John Customer as beef with John Merchant for whatever reason then take it up between them two. But if the person is a fraud and is trying to steal money like Danny Wall has done than they should be exposed to warn warriors like Bev did.
  
  I could be way off but that is my understanding of rule #1.
  
  This guys just has no shame. He must figure he has a few days/weeks before he is exposed in which he scam a few warriros.

Andy, I was literally just getting ready to paste that on here! Damn you're fast. There is a Danny E. Wall who has some kind of criminal history in San Diego, and on that thread you just linked to, someone in there says that his home address - at the time anyway - was San Diego. I have no idea if it's the same guy.

But it seems obvious this sleazebag keeps coming back to the Warrior Forum under different names and identities. Why, for God's sake?

I also want to call the moderators of this forum we all love and appreciate. I appreciate what you do to keep this place top notch, it is a place of incredible resourcefullness and I hope it will stay like this in the futre.

But instead of participating in some of the threads initiated by the person in question here and telling him off "nicely", I'd expect that you take more rigorous measures and actually shut down his various accounts. To my amazement, they still seem to be active.

You guys probably know the most about the patterns con artists like him use and should do everything in order to prevent criminal minds invading and polluting this place and taking warriors for a ride. If you don't want to be part of the problem and actually let them expand their circle of influence, you need to feel the responsibility now and do something about it. That's just my opiniion.

I don't think it breaks any forum rules whatsoever. As a matter of fact, it fits right in with the 'members as mods' approach. Every little bit we can do to keep this wonderful resource free of scum is a wonderful thing - IMHO.

So he has access to your computer as well, because the pdf file was written by Danny Wall on 19/08/2008 at 21:11:13 using open office 2.1

It's deja-vu all over again, Jordyn deinied it for weeks. She was going to a web cam to prove she was really a blond 16 year old girl but kept making excuses until she vanished into thin air.

Bev has been spot on before, so I would hold off doing business with Steve. Sorry but that's just the way it goes when it comes to credibility. If she is wrong why not record a webcam with you and get this over with? Instead of going back and forth, post after post.

I would record myself with my drivers license or passport showing my mug and name then I would demand an apology. That will end this more than digging up those youtube videos.

Jordyn said she/it was going to do that then she was gone like a fart in the wind. Leaving a stench of lies and ripped off warriors behind.

I wasn't going to post, because the truth is I have no idea if Bev is right or wrong - though she certainly has credibility on the forum.

But I'll make a personal observation as I've read all the threads, including Steve Garrett's "You must be joking" thread:

What kept going through my mind was, if that were me, if someone had WRONGLY accused me of being Danny Wall, with all that had went on before, I would be ABSOLUTELY BESIDE MYSELF!

I would be falling over myself posting. Not only would I be replying with considerable anger and outrage, I would be posting (or PM'ing) someone my cell #, getting on a video chat with some senior forum member, SOMETHING to IMMEDIATELY and INCONTROVERTIBLY prove myself to insure my reputation and ability to interact and do business on Warrior wasn't irretrievably ruined.

And I would then INSIST that all involved got whatever proof they needed and VOCALLY said so.

What I CANNOT imagine doing is simply responding with "thanks for wasting our time, Bev".

Certainly makes one wonder...

  First I want to say thank you to Bev. She was kind enough to alert me this morning by Skype about Steve Garrett. She knew I had posted in the WSO topic and had some interest.
  
  Now Steve for you. Frankly, You Tick Me Off. You have insulted a very good friend of mine. I have known and worked with Bev for more than two years now. I would trust her word above most people I know. She may be blunt but she speaks true.

  Ouch. I guess if you're going by a certain name, you want to list that name in the properties as the author. Not a name of somebody you claim you don't know. I'd like to hear a reasonable explanation for why "Danny Wall" is listed as the author in the properties of ebooks by someone under a different name who claims to not even know who danny wall is. I guess next time they come back, they'll be careful about that. But I think Bev will still find a way to expose them.
  
  As for no one being disgruntled by "Jordyn" I'd have to disagree. Avery Berman was. It nearly ruined his reputation but he bounced back cuz everyone knows he's honest

I just read this all. Is Danny gone again? It seems there are posts missing now?

He'll be back again. This is what the 10th time now? How do we stop him for good? Wasn't there some issue with Danny and the Colorado Police investigating him on the old forum?

Yip, I think this guy is a pathological liar....they can't help
themselves....

We had one in our family. The nicest person you could ever meet.
When new people met this person, they would fall over themselves
saying how great the person is etc

But, every time a coconut, this person would be involved in one
scam after another. Even ripped family members off. Man, could
this person weazel his way out of any situation and make you
feel that it was YOUR fault....

And yet, I must admit, the person was highly talented, had the
gift of the gab and what charm - amazed everyone.

SAD....

So, where is this reputable Steve now? I mean if his credentials
are squeaky clean????

  I think it's worth trying to gain a constructive lesson from this - because the scammer will have definitely learned lessons and when they come back they won't make the same mistakes.
  
  For any of the newer members here - these things have happened before. Anyone who's been here a while gets to know lots of people and often can see when a scam is about to happen - BUT if you think about it, it's extremely difficult for anyone to 'get the word out.' Just think about it.
  
  What Bev did here is quite brave and is fraught with potential problems.
  
  What I would like people to remember is this -
  
  If you see someone come in here making outrageous claims and then you see longer standing members giving them a hard time - think, before you jump in and accuse them of bullying or negativity.
  
  Often, there is no benefit to the person. They are not about to fall for it and are simply trying to help others.
  
  In this scammer's WSO someone jumped in and told him to 'ignore the naysayers and sceptics' etc. I hope that person is reading this thread. That scammer was trying to get access to peoples' lists. Can you imagine the consequences if he had?
  
  So if you find people being sceptical, cautious, asking probing questions etc. Don't just write them off as a negative person. Don't slam them as a 'newbie bully'. Look at their words and see if they are trying to 'send a message'.

Gosh, Kay, next thing you'll be telling me that pictures of clickbank earnings can be faked! I mean, if Jordyn posts a picture of a girl, what more "incontrovertible" proof can we ask for?

I notice that every single website attributed to Danny Wall, Loudle, and Patty Vortan is protected by domains by proxy so we can't see who they are registered to. (Full disclosure: I do that too, so I'm not saying it's ALWAYS a sign of ill intent. Okay, okay, I'm really a scammer and I'm also Steve Wagenheim, Allen Says, and Tiffany Dow. Fooled YOU, didn't I?)

By the way, Danny Wall apparently has the power to control minds, and Patty Vortan used his mind control tricks to increase "her" conversion rate 223 percent.

And yet, apparently Danny Wall could NOT control Bev Clement's mind. She must have a special helmet or something.

You know what the stupid thing about all this is?

The dude behind all of this is obviously pretty good at persuasion, copywriting, marketing...

He could make 100 times more money if he actually delivered on his promises! Damn, it's easier than trying to scam a few people, develop a new persona, re-build all that "trust" you had before etc.

That's what I don't understand.

Interesting,...lately, I have been receiving several emails from this Jordyn person on a regular basis. Not sure who they are though. As for (Richard Earl), I agree with Jose, the guy can definitely make alot of money from his copywriting. He is damn good at it.

Bev has earned a TON of credibility here over the years - a mountain of credibility, as it were, as opposed to the molehill of credibility you've accumulated with your replies here. And that molehill is eroding with each post.

All the documents written on Steve's site apart from the 2 from the dog niche were written by Danny Wall and the earliest was written on the 17th August.

I have a copy of each one, should they get changed now.

Care to explain why the document that YOU just created on 08/12/08 lists Danny Wall as the author?

I just did the exact same thing to help put an end to this saga and also checked properties...so surprise, surpise what did I see?

"Danny Wall" is the author under the PDF tab.

I didn't even bother to look at any other documents. The proof is in the pudding, er...the PDF.

And *THANK YOU* to Bev - good looking out for everyone here, it is much appreciated

I'd prefer for the real Danny Wall to just go away.....

One thing never changes with wall/jordyn/et al - they will argue endlessly that it's not them, they aren't connected, etc and will never admit they've been caught yet again.

Claiming non-association while having Wall showing as the author of YOUR ebook in the properties - is about as dumb as it gets.

I believe we have a social responsibility to keep this place
as safe as possible especially considering how many newbies keep

I swear to God it's like some kind of mental illness - creating new identities and coming back to this forum again and again with attempts to scam people. And doing things so badly - like having a document with Danny Wall's name on it that they make available to EVERYBODY! - that it almost seems like they WANT to get caught.

And as other people here have pointed out - this person COULD make a great living as an internet marketer legitimately. What a waste of time and effort. It's truly a shame.

Then last phone number for him was: 719-433-1981 it worked on Fri. but now is disconnected.
I know because I am a victim of him.

  For as long as this guy seems to have been at it, he's got to be expecting a knock at the door one day - if it hasn't happened already.
  
  I would imagine it would result in either no one answering, or some 'doesn't live here anymore' story.
  
  And really, these days - if you screw enough people, it would hardly be surprising to have someone show up at your door for more than just a "verbal confrontation".
