web design independent contractor agreement
Hello- It's been quite a while since I've been on the forum. I'm looking for some help.
Starting a business where I do the web copy and hiring an independent contractor to set up the sites (design coding etc). I have a few people in mind already.
Can anyone direct me to a sample agreement for that? A web search hasn't turned up much. Yes, I know an attorney is best- just not ready to commit that many bucks yet. Need something to get me started.
