What would You do With $20

1. Register a domain name and buy a web hosting plan. (approximately 20 bucks if you use HostGator to register a domain name and buy hosting)
2. Create a blog in a subject they're passionate about.
3. Build an e-mail list with AWEBER or Mailchimp.
4. Become a clickbank affiliate and start promoting products related to their blog.

That's what I did anyway.

Order pizza, or do what Rocky said.

Buy 20 lottery tickets, order pizza, or do what Rocky said.

Put it on red or black or do what Rocky said.

get a crate of beer or do what Rocky said.

Buy something you could potentially resell.
Use it to contact others to outsource services.
Make someone's day.

I would hammer away with affiliate marketing with free methods like YouTube, Facebook, Squidoo etc to build up a bigger budget.

Buy a cheap dot com for affiliate link redirect, put it on a Hostgator baby plan, build a killer Squidoo lens, optimize it well, and then spread the rest down to the penny on backlinks.

Get some beer and pizza and then get to work.

$20 is extremely limiting.

I would probably skip the domain and hosting and just use a free blogging service. Use the entire $20 on a paid banner spot on just the right site. Unfortunately, the type of person with only $20 to spend is probably the type of person lacking the knowhow to make this work. The more you know, the less money you need. And the more money you have, the less you need to know. So, the newbie with just $20 is in a really bad spot.

To the OP. Have you ever had a $20 bill before? Maybe this is your first time so you need a thread to help you manage your money.

But I'm not even sure that $20 can get you proper hosting, maybe for 1 month, but I suggest saving MORE $20 bills and maybe one day you'll have 10 of them.

Then I'd buy hosting, a domain, and outsource some work on fiver.

Since you can't really do much at this point, then you should just give the money to rocky (or I'll be different and say go play a round of miniature golf).

So I would buy a domain name (something catchy and clever) and hosting.
Find a free theme or buy one.
Have a twitter and facebook page
write content and promote amazon affliate like the site mentioned above.

$20 is tough to work with, when you know having $100 is not a stretch. I am not affiliated with that website i promise!

Get hosting and domain and aweber ($1 for first month), the idea is you want to make MORE than $20 the first month to recoup investment so you can reinvest and scale up the second month. Start with affiliate marketing - one sale should break even for you.

I would play the arbitrage game until I had enough money to actually fund a money making venture. Something along the lines of buying Fiverr gigs and reselling them for 2-5x the price in another market.

For all those who say $20 is too little: I actually started by first website with just a domain name and a lot of effort into writing content. The website was hosted on Blogger with a custom domain. It still is. I sold the website after a year and half for $1,100 or so on Flippa. By then, it had made some money for me.

I would go to fivver and buy a couple of products at $5 each to help me get started. I would look in the business section. Just 2 good products would really point you in the right direction so be very careful when choosing. Keep the other $10 for implementing the strategies.

Domain. Hosting. Set a blog up with a low competition keyword. Add a post or two every couples of days. Let google do it's thing. When it's ranking for my keyword anywhere then build back links to increase ranking. When it has 30+ uniques a day, monetize with a relevant click bank/amazon/other product. Done

Buy the best WSO that teaches you to earn any amount without any investment. Check the feedback for the WSO to see whether it really does what it claims.

You can also provide some fiverr services earn more money , $20 you can set up things like Rocky told which completes the basics, but without automation to help improve your traffic and conversions it will not bring great results in the short term, SEO or whatever other non paid method for traffic you try is gong to take time too.. So rather provide services , increase budget and go for the long haul... ..anyways good luck...

I would probably go out and start the curb address painting business. The start-up cost is 10 to 20 dollars. At the end of the day I would have at least 100 dollars. Then at that point I would go register a domain name and start my website ventures.

3. get someone to make something for me at fiverr for my market $5
4. get soemone on fiver to make a graphic for my product $5
5. get someone to make a video squeeze page on fiverr $5
6. make a squeeze video to give away my fiverr product when they optin
7. use facebook to generate free traffic to my squeeze page
8. send people to affiliate offers who optin and start planning to create my own product
9. put $2 in the bank.

What would I do with $20? Go see the new Spiderman movie I guess.

Wouldn't spend them on a domain / hosting, having free alternatives that could be ok for some time (like Squidoo). I would keep that money for the moment as won't make a difference. But if you still want invest on something, there's a girl on Fiverr (can't remember the gig right now) who creates great squidoo lenses for $5.

Not so bad compared with the initial investment of a domain name + hosting + your time to create content and so on (it leaves you $15 for other things).

With just $ 20 in hand you can implement either of these 2 plans :

Plan 1

1. Set up a free blog
2. Sign up on list wire (free autoresponder) (Free)
3. Select a product to sell as an affiliate (Free)
4. Set up a squeeze page on your free blog (Free)
5. Create a 5 day follow up for your squeeze page (Free)
6. Drive traffic to your squeeze page using paid traffic (may be solo ads, or 2nd tier PPC (cost $20)

Plan 2

1. Ask yourself "what's something I enjoy doing and can offer as a service to other warriors" (it should be something that is already in demand). (Free)

2. Open a thread in warriorforhire sections giving that as a service at special price until you gain reputation. After gaining some reputation and trust of other warriors you can charge premium prices. (cost $20)

honestly, i wont do anything, $20 wont get you nowhere, ill go buy an ice cream or get a beer.

You can also get an affiliate link (cb or other) no hosting and domain needed. And start driving traffic to it by traffic exchange, free blogs, facebook and other social community, or let other drive traffic to it with fiverr or outsource package. And see if you can make at least 1 or 2 sales.

The niche could be solar system lead generation
Buy a domain at 1and1 ($3.99 right now)
Get a Hostgator account ($7.96 for a month)
Buy a $100 Google Adwords voucher on Fiverr ($5)
Then create the Adwords campaign for your new website.

After creating the website you'd just have to call a solar company and work out a deal for your leads, you could easily ask for $200 for a qualified lead.
