  I've heard of the audio, and I'm half sure it was because it was mentioned somewhere where the book is in the The War Room.

  Erm... Yeah, Free with purchase of the ebook. The coupon is there after taking into consideration that most would have the ebook already. For those who don't have the ebook, just take it that you're buying the MP3s and getting the ebook for free. :p
  
  No, there isn't a Volume 2. There was supposed to be but Allen discontinued the blog where the posts were taken from.

  You can actually get Adobe Acrobat Reader to read your document out to you. You'll find this
  option under the view menu. Admittedly, the voice is quite robotic, but you do get used to it
  very quickly indeed.
