I previously post a new thread yesterday in the Internet Marketing Product Reviews & Ratings' forum and see my thread in the forum list. But now I can't see it.. My question is, can I post a new thread on WF without a cost? And what is the reason why my started thread is gone? Did I spam?

You now owe me $5 for this one.

Is the WF now allow members to post a new thread without charging $5?

Mike was kidding you. It only costs to post in a few of the sub-forums, such as the WSO or Classifieds.

Hard to say why your post was deleted, but often it's because it either had an affiliate link in it or it was self-promotional.

I think you missed the last part of Mike's message, so I'll repeat it below for your convenience:

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

I think that sub-forum has to approve new forum threads.

I thought WF charges members for posting a new thread that's why I leave it.

But thank ye for replies, now it's clear to me. Maybe my started thread was deleted for the reason of self-promotional.

    Yep, maybe.

Everyone has posts deleted at some point. It's no big deal

You don't meet the requirements for posting in that section, yet. Check the top page of each section for sticky posts detailing any special rules applying to that section.

Here's the rules for the section you mention.
